Art comes frommy heart.
A growing collection of original acrylic and mixed-media works by Baba Sehgal — musician, entertainer, and visual storyteller. Bold line, exaggerated character, and a lifetime of performance poured onto canvas.
Not prints. Not reproductions. Only originals.
Every painting here was made by hand in the studio, in 2026, and exists exactly once. Each one is signed, mounted on a wood stretcher frame and shipped unframed — so you can choose framing to suit your own space.
Prices are in INR and include 5% GST for orders within India. International orders are zero-rated (no GST charged). Shipping is charged separately, based on size and destination.

Musician, performer, painter.
Baba Sehgal is a multidisciplinary creative — musician, performer, and visual artist — known for larger-than-life energy that carries straight into his painting practice.
Working primarily in acrylic and mixed media on canvas, his paintings turn everyday objects, animals, and human figures into character-driven performers: confident, mischievous, affectionate, and unapologetically self-aware. Strong black line work, vibrant color, and theatrical exaggeration — oversized faces, expressive eyes — give the work a distinctive, instantly recognizable signature.
"Every painting is a stage, and every character performs a role."
His inspiration draws from performance art, Indian pop culture, satire, and the universal need for recognition and self-expression. The goal is always the same: art that connects emotionally before it asks to be analyzed — work that makes you smile, then makes you look again.
